I wanna shine like the stars in the heavens...
CF CAMP! :D
Super fun. I LOVE CF CAMP! Just came back today. Soo tiring. :D But worthed it! We all had SO much fun. :D Especially yesterday.
ANYWAY! I'll blog about camp. Ready? Here goes!
Wednesday 8th June
Arrived in school at 8.30am. Arranged tables with Elaine and Isabella in school canteen. Gloria was late, so, shortage of people to arrange. :D And the signs were all really nice! Yahui kept them all already. Isabella draw such nice pictures! Anyway, i was in the group "TO". OH YEAH. Our theme this year is TRANSFORMED TO SHINE! There were four groups. "Transformed", "To", "Shine" and "!". The "!" group's name is so cool! Just an exclaimation mark. :D Way cool.
I'm in "TO"! "TO" rocks. :D Ooh yeah. And Eve is in "Transformed", Gloria in "Shine" and Isabella in "!"! We're all assistant leaders. :D Oh yeah.
Made loads of new friends. And they were all SUPER friendly la. Like, Grace Leong(The one in tennis). And Rina, Prisca and Brenda. They're all just super friendly. :D
So anyway, Gloria and Isabella slept in a different dorm from me. And i'm so sad. But i slept with Melissa la! So, i'm also quite glad. :D
After sleeping allocations, we had lunch. Then after lunch, we had Amazing Race. This amazing race is like, REALLY around Singapore. But my team, got most from West Mall. :D haha. And, there was this question where they asked what IKEA's escalators' brand is. And then Priscilla called IKEA, and they said some stupid stuff like, "Sorry, we don't SELL escalators here in IKEA." I don't think she could understand what Priscilla meant. But everything was just way fun. :D And our team was like, FIRST! In points order. For Amazing Race. But we reached the chapel 3rd.
Then after that we came back and had dinner. After dinner was night games. Night games was WAY WAY fun man. It was a detective game. And we had not many people in our group, since most of them are in charge of games and stuff. We didn't have Jamie and Priscilla in our group only, i think. OH. And Tammy. But anyway, me, Dionna, Prisca and the rest of the group started discussing about the whole thing. And Jamie and Priscilla were really good in acting. WAY GOOD. They can so totally go audition to be an actress!
And Tammy was way scary with all the fake blood around her arms. So scary. And then Grace and i were yelping whenever we walked through the dark sides, and we will grab each other arms. It was SOOO dark okay. Can you imagine. :D
Then it was bathing time, and Gloria and Isabella helped me with the bathing things. Thanks! :D
Then it was lights out. But i woke up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet again. At like, THREE? What a disturbance.
Thursday 9th June
So! Morning. Gloria and Isabella woke me up. I was soo tired. Then we had breakfast. Not bad breakfast. :D GOT TO KNOW EUNICE! She so totally rocks. I LOVE EUNICE! :D She's Yahui's sister, by the way. :D i can't remember what we did. OH OH! And Pastor Sam came to preach. He was SO SO SO funny! He's preaching never really make me fall asleep. Not like all the other Pastors. :D But he's SO funny! And he's SO hip hop.
Then we had RUSH HOUR! It was so fun. We ran around Bukit Timah to search for clues. It was so fun! And we had SUPERB team work. :D And we ran from like, school to Serene centre, then back to school, then Coronation Plaza. Then back to school. And then so on and so forth. But we sort of cheated. because our group splited up. Like, we went to different places each to get the clues. And it was SO SO SO cool. And we climbed over the fence! You know, the one leading to the tennis courts. And i bruised and scraped my knee. But, it's just all so fun! :D
Then we bathed, and i bathed at the gents toilet. The pressure was so high. So relaxing. Ahh! :D
Then we had session 2. With pastor Sam again! :D And he was being SO funny once again.
After session, we had a sharing time with Eunice. SHE COULD DO THE SYLVESTER POST! You know, the one where he points at somewhere, and then he does this weird eye thing. And he makes all his fans go WOOOOOOO.:D And then she told us stories. She is SO fun to be with. And then we were asked to go to sleep. This time, i slept through out the night. And it was SO SO nice. I felt so good the next day.
Friday 10th June
Melissa woke me up. Felt so good. :D Today was the BEST BEST BEST day of the whole camp. Last night. That's why. Had breakfast, then Session 3. Pastor Sam again! Felt sleepy. Then i slept abit, but it was for a very teeny while only. :D
After session 3! We had games. Gi-la-la games, they call it. We had this like, super cool game. Dunno how to explain, but. We went to different stations to do different things, like, Jamie's stations was to, do different actions to go across the tables with garbage bag on the tables. And the garbage bags had soap and it was REALLY VERY slippery. But FUN! And then there was this other station, where one person needed to stand on the table, then the rest of the group will stand on the floor, on the mat, actually, and then they will hold hands together, then the person on the table will fall backwards down! It was SO SO exciting. And i went down alot of times. And thank goodness, none of us fell down on the mat. Everybody needed to do it. So, no choice. :D
SO! I didn't get very wet la. Just okay. OHOH. Then it was fun night preparation. It's amazing how all the groups can come up with a play in just 1 1/2 hour! Our group's was WAY WAY nice. I'll go to that later, but for now, let's talk about before. Then during fun night preparation, me, Isabella, Eve and Gloria had to rush off for badminton. And we had a small talk with the badminton teacher about CF and badminton. I think we'll have to quit either one soon. But we all decided to choose CF. DUH! I mean, who in their right minds would choose badminton? Some maybe, but, whatever. :D
After badminton! We saw the rest preparing for WATER BOMB! So we ran and ran to change. Then we charged down. And my team played against "Transformed". Eve hit me with the bomb, but it didn't burst! It just bounced off my tummy. Pain man! But fun! haha. So anyway, in the end, "!" lost to "Shine", and we played against "Shine". They won la! Congrats. But we lost happily, since we were second. :D
SO! We went to bath. And then it was dinner time! OOH. And the POWER people came! They were guests. And Pastor Fuman too. :D
Dinner was DELICIOUS! We had, sort of buffet type of dinner. But "Shine" was the one serving us la! Duties, you know. :D Then! We rehearsed for fun night. I didn't know the steps la, then Grace showed me.
SO! FUN NIGHT CAME! :D
And then we had CP first, then we played this really cool game. Like, too long to explain. So i'll skip it. But it's just very fun also la! :D
Then it was PERFORMANCE TIME! "Transformed" went first, then "Shine", then "TO" (US!), then "!". I must say, the performances were all very nice! So, no comparison. :D I LOVED ours! We danced! And i was this model who was anocerix. I eat, then i throw up. haha! Prisca was DIVA queen, me, the MODEL! Actually i think ex-model. :D haha. All the same. And our poses was way way cool. :D Then after all the performances and stuff, we had singing time! And i really had a great time sharing and making new friends. Like, Jocelyn Sng, we are like, good friends now! Everytime we see each other, we would say like," Hi Jocelyn i'm Joscelyn." So, it will actually be very weird saying this way la! Like, it's as if you're talking to yourself. :P
Then we all had a fun time jumping to the music! We screamed and sang our lungs out. It was SO SO cool and fun. haha. :D JUST SO COOL!
After that, Gloria, Eunice and me went to EAT supper. YUMMY. There was still leftovers from dinner, so Gloria and Eunice, greedy pigs, ate the food. And then i was nagging at them about how much calories they would be taking in if they continue eating. :D haha. Dunno where Isabella and Eve went. :P After eating junk food, we went up to the dorms! And me, Eunice, Isabella, Eve and Gloria with some people played games. We played till like, around 11 something. Then we went over to Eve and my dorm. Then we PLAYED EVEN more there. Actually, not much playing. Just talking about stuff. Eunice was telling us about alot of things. It was so cool. We felt like one big family. SO! Eunice, Gloria and Isabella decided to sleep with us. SO! They grabbed their sleeping bags and blanket then they came over. Five of us laid down in like, one circle, then we talked about loads of stuff. We talked till like, 2.57am, then we decided to go to sleep. The lights were all switched off, then we used my torchlight to shine. :D So we TRIED to go to sleep. Then we played around la. Like, we all stretched out our hands, then we hit each other and messed up Eunice's hair! haha. So fun! Eve and Gloria slept beside me, so, their hair were REALLY irritating la! :P But we felt so warm. :D Then! Best part. Isabella's small pillow was so fun to play with. It had static! :D It was like, electricity! And Isabella and Eve got abit electricuted. But it was SO cool! Then Eunice thought that this was lame, so she like, didn't bother us! haha.
So! In the end, we managed to sleep. Well, me and Eve. The rest felt cold, so they went outside in the middle of the night like at three ++ to sleep. Me and Eve were right in front of the air con, but we didn't feel as cold as them. We still slept! TODAY WAS SO SO FUN! I LOVE TODAY.
AND I LEARNED HOW TO PLAY THE DRUMS! I CAN PLAY! YAY! :D
Saturday 11th June
TODAY! That means today! We woke up not so fresh, not so awake. THEN! We had macdonalds for breakfast. And all that la. Then we had session 4 with Yahui. No Pastor Sam already. We will be missing him! :D
Then we wrote about one another on this card. It was SO nice. :D They wrote such nice nice comments. After that, we had to do duties to clean up the whole place. So! My group had to clean the canteen and some parts of the Chapel. Was super busy! :D
So after that! We prayed. Then they prayed for us, the committee members, and some people. And then after we prayed, Ms Wang started tearing. I could hear her sobbing. Actually, i don't feel any hatred towards Ms Wang anymore. And i don't think the rest of 1E5 should. I'm so sorry of writing all the bad things about her on my blog and all that. She is, really, a very resposible teacher. And her mother's been hospitalized. So she's been having a very hard time all this while. And she still could adjust her time to be with us in the CF camp. And i think Ms Wang is really a very good teacher, and that we should all just try to respect her. I'm SO SORRY, MS WANG! :D
So anyway! We ended camp, and then we all went home. But! Me and Gloria and Eve stayed for while more. Wanted to practice the drums again, but then they were all having some talking things with Yahui and Ms Wang. So! In the end, we didn't play. But we joked around and played with Eunice again! It was so fun, once again. And then Eve left, then me and Gloria talked to Jamie and Eunice about funny stuff. They're all so fun people! :D Love being with them.
SO! In the end, me and Gloria left. We went to Macdonalds with our super heavy bags for lunch. Ate quite alot, then Gloria's father came and fetched us. THANK YOU UNCLE! :D
Came home feeling weak and tired, so i rested. And then i had dinner. Missed my family. :D
SO! That's the end. And i feel so tired now. It's 11.50pm! I've been blogging for like, close to 2hrs, just too many things to talk about!
CAMP IS SO FUN! Remember, SHINE IN THE LIGHT! :D
