Singing brings joy to one's heart...
Oh my goodness! I can't believe it. I'M ACTUALLY IN CHOIR! And there were like, so many people coming for the auditions, but ALOT didn't manage to get in. And the best part is, Balvinder is in too! OOh. I'm super excited. But the problem is, i have three CCAs now. Is that allowed?
School's fun today. Chirnchip told me that i was gonna marry a rich guy, but he's not cute. That's okay. What's the good use if you go for looks, right?
Prayer meeting in the morning! CF girls are soo funny. There were quite a few of us everytime. The Sec 1s always forms the circle first, then it gets bigger, and bigger.
EXCEPT of course, English. Thanks to Miss Wangg. She's like an irritating BEE constantly buzzing near my ear. Irritating. Grr. I want to ask for a change in teacher. I wonderr if we could do that. I can't believe Steffie told me that she LOOKS kind. tsktsktsk. Hmm..
BUT, English only suck when Miss Wang is around. The whole class practically hates her. She's so absent minded. She loses our personal profile forms. Because she's so kia su. She hands up the forms when she's not yet told to do so. She wants ask to write a different date when we filled it up. Instead of 18/2, it's 24/1. Who does she think she can cheat. Us? No way. But when she's not around or is busy doing stupid stuff, it's the best period of all. That's when all of our 'gang' members get to gather around to discuss about business. haha. We sound so serious. OH OH. We have a 'gang' song too! Guess what it is?
Teletubbies' theme song. Yes! it's simply stupid to have that as a 'gang' song right? Especially since we're gang members, who are supposed to be rowdy and rude and all that, we have a song like teletubbies'. Oh goodness. What's wrong with us? Actually, it wasn't the gang's fault. Alysia and i were the ones who created it. Except, the character PO, instead of singing PO, we spit the word PO out. Boy, damn funny yeah! So if you wanna hear it, tell ME and ALYSIA! haha. I love my 'mummy'! She's so cute! We sorta disgusted the other 'gang' members. haha.
We took two other non-gang people into our gang, the we formed two groups for CIP, like for PSE. We're gonna do chocolate chip cookiees, yumyum, and badges! Of course the ones who can draw well do the badges, then Alysia will kindly teach us how to bake cookies. Four for each. We're gonna do it in Krystle's house! Thank you for volunteering, Krysayyy! haha.
Then i went to Choir auditions! With Alysia, then later we met up with Michelle.
So we went to the theatherette. Ooh. We were in for the first round. Then she tested us on how fast we can react to the beats of her clapping, then we were supposed to clap back. So some of us got into the first round. Then those who didn't went home. So then it was the second round's turn. And guess what? BALVINDER got in! yay! I got a companion for CHOIR then. OOh. I have companions for every CCA. It's so cool. So we both went for lunch first, then we were back on time at 2.30pm for the second+third round. I sat on a chair beside Bala back at the theatherette. And then Steffie came to sit beside me! haha. She asked me if i was from 1E5. I said yes. Then she introduced herself to me and Balvinder, then we became friends! With one more girl, i can't remeber her name, but she was super friendly too, like Steffie.
Girls who didn't get in didn't cry, to my surprise, or feel sad. Instead, they all yay-ed. I can't believe it. I was shocked at that time. Actually, if it had been me, i'd feel happy too, but a little disappointed.
It was tough for that round. I had some difficulties, but in the end overcomed it.
I was sure lucky that I knew how to play the organ, and Mrs Goh used to test me on oral, which was the same as what she tested us. She told Balvinder and four more girls to sit down, there were a few of us standing left. I was so afraid. Then she tested us one more time, and i SAT down! yay. Then after testing the last few, she tested those sitting down AGAIN. Then she asked Balvinder, ME and some other girls to stand back, then the rest to sit. Then she yelled, " Joyce! Get their names! NOW!" She's a good joker. A very good one. I'm looking forward to choir! haha. It's on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Soo tiring. I'm staying back EVERYDAY, including Saturdays. I must be mad.
It's such a long post for a FRIDAY.
I'm REALLY mad. So i gotta end here now.
